A brief update on our offer to buy the place in Greenbelt...
We signed a contract tonight.
It's a row house in Greenbelt Homes, a co-op with roots in Roosevelt's New Deal. The place is wonderful. The owners are wonderful. There's a yard that leads back into the woods.
More to follow. At the moment, words are hard to come by.
I count the thoughtful comments to the previous entry among the reasons we got this place. Many thanks.
